EU-Ukraine Association Agreement: The Need for Ratification

In this advisory letter the AIV concludes that the Netherlands should ratify the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine. The Agreement offers opportunities to help Ukraine strengthen the rule of law and achieve economic modernisation. In addition there are also compelling geopolitical arguments for ratifying the agreement.
