Security and Stability in Northern Africa

Europe (and thus the Netherlands too) is directly threatened by security risks emanating from Northern Africa: terrorism, religious extremism, drug and human trafficking, arms proliferation and major migration flows. In the advisory report ‘Security and Stability in Northern Africa’ the AIV advises the government to devote considerably more financial resources to Northern Africa in order to enhance policy on integrated security and stability in the region.
