Instability around Europe: Confrontation with a New Reality

The Netherlands’ foreign and security policy is confronted with a new reality. There is an ‘arc of instability’ on Europe’s borders which poses a direct threat to Europe’s security. In this report the AIV advises the government to review Dutch security policy.
