Development Cooperation: Beyond a Definition

The definition of ODA is a key part of the system of international agreements and cannot be unilaterally abandoned. Any discussion on changing the definition must be in line with the Paris, Accra and Busan Declarations on aid effectiveness, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the post-2015 development agenda.
