Interaction Between Actors in International Cooperation: Towards Flexibility and Trust

In this advisory report the AIV argues that pursuing Dutch development cooperation policy via traditional aid channels is outdated. The report suggests various ways of shaping the kind of flexible cooperation advocated by the AIV.
