Universality of Human Rights: Principles, Practices and Prospects

In this advisory report the AIV observes that although human rights seem to have gained surface acceptance by states, there is an underlying debate of a more complex nature. The report discusses the scope within foreign policy for bridging the gap between principles and practice.
