Migration and Development Cooperation: Coherence Between Two Areas of Policy

In this advisory report the AIV examines the policy coherence between migration and development cooperation. Development cooperation can only make a limited demonstrable contribution to migration policy. Conversely, account should also be taken of the role of migration policy in promoting development.
