Integration of Gender Equality: A Matter of Responsibility, Commitment and Quality

Equality between men and women needs to be more firmly anchored in people’s lives and thinking. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, gender equality should play a greater role in the reflections, dealings and engagement of staff and management. To that end, in this advisory report the AIV provides a strategy and questionnaire that can also be used by other ministries and organisations (including international organisations).
