The World Conference Against Racism and the Right to Reparation

In this advisory report the AIV discusses racism and racial discrimination in both the past and the present, and considers the right to reparation for victims of racial discrimination. The AIV makes a number of recommendations on this topic, in part with a view to the World Conference to be held in the summer of 2001.
