Humanitarian Intervention

This report by the AIV and the CAVV examines various general moral and political aspects of the issue of humanitarian intervention. It then describes certain aspects of humanitarian intervention carried out both with and without a Security Council mandate. Finally it analyses the relationship between the moral, political and international law aspects of humanitarian intervention.
