Comments on the Criteria for Structural Bilateral Aid

The AIV largely endorses the Minister for Development Cooperation’s aim of increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of structural development assistance. The Council also supports the proposal to concentrate the aid and to reduce the number of countries with which the Netherlands enters into, or already has, a structural bilateral relationship.
